Gary Burtka, has compiled a list of what he believes to be questions that are commonly given during the hiring process at Google. Some of these are really tough: How much should you charge to wash all the windows in Seattle?
…really interesting: Explain a database in three sentences to your eight-year-old nephew.
…and really bizarre: Why are manhole covers round?

And yes, I’m well aware that the second question is a statement. That doesn’t make it any less interesting but it does make it less of a question.
